I fail to find an album/artist. What should I do?
For more precise search try entering the name of the performer or of the album without details or any excessive words. You will be pleased with the search result.

What are the payment methods you accept?
You may replenish your account with Visa, MasterCard, or through a bank transfer.

I replenished my account but have not received the money on the account yet.
As a rule the balance is being updated within 5 minutes after the replenishment. In rare cases this does not occur due to some technical peculiarities. If there is no money on your account within 30 minutes, please contact our support service.

I am concerned with the integrity of my personal information. What should I do?
We do not keep any of your personal information except your login and password. To replenish your account you will be redirected to the website of our billing provider. The data input page is securely protected with the SSL-certificates. This a very secure means; no one will learn your confidential information.

I am already a registered user of your website but I cannot enter my account. What should I do?
If you fail to remember your password, you may recover it.
If you receive the message that such account (login) does not exist, please make sure that you enter your login correctly. Possibly, you misprinted your login at registration.

Do I need to install any additional software for downloading music from your website?
No. We provide direct links to files which you may download easily without any additional software.

How can I download music from your website?
After selecting songs you should press the "download" button on the album's page or click "download full album" button to download all the songs. After that you will be redirected to the section of "Active Downloads" of your customer zone. Then you may download each song by pressing the "download" button opposite each of them.

How long can I download the purchased songs/albums?
The links for the purchased songs/albums will be available in the “Active Downloads” sections within 48 hours from the moment of purchasing.

How to play music using iTunes?
First of all you should download all audio files onto your PC. Then you can open music with iTunes

Where to find my downloads?

  1. "My Documents/Downloads" folder if you use Mozilla Firefox (browser)
  2. "C://Downloads" folder if you use FlashGet (download manager)
  3. Internet Explorer usually asks where to save any file
  4. You may also manually choose where to save any file. Go to the "Active Downloads" page, right-click on the "download" button and choose "Save object as"
